MVP's Parts professionals are trained to offer as much assistance as possible in any situation. In the unfortunate event where a return is necessary, simply contact MVP and we will make sure to fix any issues and then get the incorrect part back to MVP as fast and smoothly as possible. All of the information you will need can be found on your packing slip or invoice. But if you don't have that available, don't worry, just give us what you do have and we'll do our best to take care of you!

While quickly fixing any issues and issuing an RGA are great first steps, they are not the last! We know how frustrating it can be when you return something and it seems like the part fell into a black hole! That's not the case with MVP! Our return process goes so smoothly that in all of 2015 it averaged only 2.4 days from the time the returned item was received at MVP until the credit was issued to the customer! We want to take care of your return situation with the same sense of urgency that we do on an order!


What about potential warranty situations?


Reporting a potential parts warranty is handled just like any other return. Again, simply call, email or visit our website to let us know and we will get the RGA process started. And to make things easy, MVP does not have a time limit on our parts warranty! Quite simply, if a part that you have purchased from MVP fails before you believe it should have, we will cover you under our "customer satisfaction warranty*." We want you to have confidence in the parts that you receive from MVP and this is just another way we can show it!
